What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept Paypal payments right now.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please email us on our contact us page with your location and we will get it fixed.

Attention International Buyers.
Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with BrickShirts, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price.

Domestic Shipping Options:
First Class Mail (2-7 day delivery)
Priority Mail (2-5 day delivery)
Express Mail (1-2 day delivery)

International Shipping Options:
International First Class (2-4 week delivery on average) - Delivery time varies by country
Priority Mail International (6-12 day delivery)

How do I track my package?
First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated until the day your shirt is delivered, and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox.

Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order.

For international orders you are given the custom's form number which cannot be used to track the package. Sorry!

What size shirt should I order?
Mostly we print our shirts on Gildan Ultra cotton 6.1oz T-shirts. They are also 100% cotton so you can expect them to shrink a bit. At times we may also use a comparable item from Fruit of The Loom, Hanes, Anvil, Bella or Jerzees if stock from our vendors is running low.

I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us with the Contact Us form with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.

How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 60 days of delivery. The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange at the bottom of the page. If you no longer have the packing slip you can use our Contact Us form and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt.

I have a great idea for a shirt! Do you want to buy it?
We do not pay for design ideas, but if you feel you have a good idea, please feel free to send it to us at with DESIGN IDEA in the subject line. We might make it if we like it, but no guarantee.

I am a designer, are you hiring?
We are always looking for talented designers to work on a freelance basis. If you are interested, please contact us on our Contact Us form.

Do you offer a wholesale program?
Yes, we offer a great wholesale program, with as little as a 100 shirt minimum. Send us an email at with WHOLESALE in subject line and we will send you more details.

How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please use our Contact Us form and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

Why didnít I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can use our contact us form and we can confirm that the order was placed.

Are you looking for new photos?
We like seeing photos of people wearing our shirts. Especially if they are doing something fun while wearing them. If you have a photo you think we will like, please send us a link to it on our Contact Us form.
